Bio:
"Due to violent thunder storms born from pollution, Skull Island became over grown with a strange, new type of moss. Normal animals that consumed it died from eletric charges caused by the alien moss. But there was one creature who's gut was strong enough with with stand the current this "Thunder Moss" gave off... The Kongs, who have in recent years repopulated the island after it was left alone due to the 1933 event.

One Kong got greedy and ate so much of the moss its fur and skin begun to change into a static blue color and attracted lightning bolts. Then the giant ape had thought up an interesting idea. From that day forth it cilmbed up to the tallest summit and was not seen again ... until 20 years later when it landed back down to earth within a bolt of lightning. This Kong spent those years mastering the art of controlling lightning. Since then, no intruder could stand up to the new Kong and any V-rex that stood in its way would end up becoming cooked.

Not even Shin Godzilla who after a long hard fight with the Storm Kong, was no match for the cunning performance of manipulated storm power.
